The Funky Forest is a 501(c)3 non-profit that supports artists, musicians, and small businesses by providing access to well-organized entertainment and business opportunities in order to foster creativity, economic growth, and community enrichment.

Born in the Redwoods of Forestville, California, this very small company was focused originally on the Forestville Holiday Faire, a downtown street-faire style event with live music, vendors, and other entertainment.  However, other events are currently in the works, including a Mardi Gras party, a Halloween event, and possibly one or two pop-up vendor events.  Long-term…?  Grants and scholarships are on the vision board.

Thank you to my husband, Todd, for listening to me go on about events, vendors, spreadsheets, and all sorts of other things while I got this non-profit going in the middle of planning for the 2025 Forestville Holiday Faire.  His support is never-ending, and I’m a very lucky gal to have him in my life.
