Refund Policy

This policy was developed to provide clear expectations with regard to vendor booth fees.


1. General Policy

All vendor booth fees, donations, and other event-related purchases made through The Funky Forest are final and non-refundable.  By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy in its entirety, including the provisions below.

2. Event Cancellation or Postponement

  • If the event is postponed:  All purchases will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled date.
  • If the event is canceled by the company:  Vendors may receive a credit for a future event or an alternative remedy at the company’s discretion.
  • No cash refunds will be provided, except where required by applicable law.

3. Force Majeure

No refunds, credits, or compensation will be provided for circumstances beyond the company’s control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes or labor issues
  • Public health emergencies
  • Venue closures

In such cases, the company may choose to reschedule the event or provide alternative arrangements.

4. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend the event, regardless of reason, does not qualify the vendor for a refund, credit, or rescheduling.

5. Compliance with Local Laws

Where local laws require refund rights, The Funky Forest will comply with those laws. This policy is intended to operate to the fullest extent permitted by applicable regulations.

6. In English:  This company and its events run on very tight budgets, and I simply cannot afford to take on all vendors’ risks associated with signing up for future events by offering refunds, since most events involve up-front non-refundable costs that I must pay.  However, I understand that your business may run on a very tight budget as well, and I know that things come up, life happens, etc.  I formed this business to support vendors, artists, and musicians, and as such, I will do what I can to be fair and accommodating.
